A lucrative position has arisen for a Senior Personal Assistant to support their dynamic UK/US Tax Director and wider Tax Team. Key Responsibilities* Diary management for the Tax Director* Inbox management, responding to emails* Arranging meetings and travel logistics * Prepare expenses and timesheets* Act as the first point of contact for calls, messages and client correspondence* Ensure all client information is filed and up to date on relevant systems* Provide general administrative support to the wider team as requiredAbout You* Proven PA/EA experience in an accountancy practice or professional services firm, ideally in tax* Fast and accurate typing speeds * Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Proactive, self-motivated, with excellent organisational and time management skills* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detailThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/EA with previous experience in an accountancy practice or professional services firm to work in a friendly, supportive environment with some of the most prestigious clients in the industry.
