Senior Personal Assistant responsibilities include:
- Preparing and keeping contact lists up to date
- Receiving and dealing with telephone calls professionally
- Arranging meeting and travel logistics as and when required
- Preparing expenses sheets and timesheets as necessary
- Ensuring all client correspondence is filed and up to date on the relevant systems, sending engagement letters and dealing with money laundering requirements
As a Senior Personal Assistant, you will be/have:
- 5 years of PA/EA experience withing an Accountancy Practice firm, ideally within a Tax department
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
