Senior Personal Assistant – Mayfair, London – Top 70 Firm

Senior Personal Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and keeping contact lists up to date
  • Receiving and dealing with telephone calls professionally
  • Arranging meeting and travel logistics as and when required
  • Preparing expenses sheets and timesheets as necessary
  • Ensuring all client correspondence is filed and up to date on the relevant systems, sending engagement letters and dealing with money laundering requirements

As a Senior Personal Assistant, you will be/have:

  • 5 years of PA/EA experience withing an Accountancy Practice firm, ideally within a Tax department
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
