This is an amazing opportunity to get experience within the financial sector whilst learning from the best of the best. They are looking for a switched-on, detail-orientated Team Assistant who is eager to roll up their sleeves and willing to learn new things. WHAT YOU WILL DOAs the Team Assistant, you will work supporting junior bankers based in Frankfurt as well as support the EAs based in London! This is a varied role with opportunities to really get involved! 
  • Meeting coordination 
  • Booking travel for the team 
  • Processing expenses using Concur
  • Working on a Salesforce CRM to support EAs working on projects. 
WHO YOU AREThe Team Assistant will need to be a confident and organised individual with great multi-tasking abilities. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for the next step in their career and has a keen interest in the financial industry. Experience required
  • 1-2 years in an admin-based role
  • Fluent German skills - written and verbal. This can be as a second language. 
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional environment
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally and with discretion
