TEAM ASSISTANTWe are currently working with a leading global investment bank who are looking for experienced Executive Assistants to join their Asset Wealth team on 6–12-month temporary assignments! For these roles, you must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant EA / PA / TA experience, ideally within Banking, Investment Management, Private Equity, or professional services. Experience supporting busy teams, rather than 1:1 or 1:2, is essential.  TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE: 
  • Managing a high volume of phone calls effectively, placing, receiving, screening and routing calls as needed, and taking detailed and accurate messages
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining banker contacts
  • Managing a high volume of banker calendars effectively
  • Coordinating travel including flights, multi-leg international travel, visa applications, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances, and preparing itineraries
  • Processing travel and entertainment expense reports timely and accurately; ensuring compliance with expense guidelines
  • Interacting with colleagues in a professional and effective manner
  • Performing general tasks including, but not limited to, copying, archiving, and filing
  • Fostering a team-oriented environment by providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group
  • Handling other ad hoc projects and duties as requested
  • Performing general tasks including, but not limited to, faxing, copying, archiving, and filing
TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS: 
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and by email
  • High attention to detail and strong technical skills
  • Good judgment, independent thinking and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Good knowledge of general business and corporate cultures, team player
  • Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
