- Managing a high volume of phone calls effectively, placing, receiving, screening and routing calls as needed, and taking detailed and accurate messages
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining banker contacts
- Managing a high volume of banker calendars effectively
- Coordinating travel including flights, multi-leg international travel, visa applications, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances, and preparing itineraries
- Processing travel and entertainment expense reports timely and accurately; ensuring compliance with expense guidelines
- Interacting with colleagues in a professional and effective manner
- Performing general tasks including, but not limited to, copying, archiving, and filing
- Fostering a team-oriented environment by providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group
- Handling other ad hoc projects and duties as requested
