Location: London (Office-based, Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm)Salary: Up to £30,000Hours: Full-time

About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and independent global advisory firm for a Team Assistant to provide essential office and administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, handling reception duties, diary management, meeting coordination, office upkeep, and supply management. Responsibilities also include event planning, travel booking, credit card reconciliation, and assisting with internal and client gifting. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc project support, help with IT and AV troubleshooting, and serve as a first aider and fire warden for the office.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar assistant or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience liaising with vendors and managing office supplies
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (desirable)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
