Executive Assistant

£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Amazing benefits

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Team Executive Assistant to join a highly successful Private Equity company in their stunning Mayfair offices.

You will benefit from remote working most Fridays and the rest of the time you will be in a beautiful office environment with lots of perks and a sociable friendly team!

You will be joining a dynamic, ambitious, and friendly team in a key role as EA to MD’s and Partners. You will support selected executives with full EA support including complex scheduling across time zones and proactively managing the flow of their day to day.

Duties

  • Complex calendar management
  • International travel coordination and all logistics
  • Process expenses
  • Create documents
  • Support the overall operations team as a friendly and helpful team player
  • Help with gifting, marketing initiatives and events

You

  • Experience within finance industry or a similarly fast paced corporate environment
  • Degree calibre
  • Experience working across time zones
  • Presentable, well-spoken and dynamic with a positive approach!
