- Complex diary management for all team members
- Organise all virtual and in-person meetings and client events as required
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Organise extensive travel bookings, including itineraries
- Process team expenses
- Maintain and update the CRM
- Ad hoc project support as required
- Experience as a Team EA in financial services or private equity
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Professional and approachable with a positive, flexible attitude
