Team Assistant12 month FTC£55,000 - £60,000I have a fantastic opportunity for a team-orientated, motivated, and proactive Team Assistant to join a boutique finance firm in the City. Starting ASAP, this will be a 12-month contract. The Team Assistant will be providing support to a very busy team of 10-15 Executives, all who will require full diary management and extensive travel organisation, working in a role that requires lots of multi-tasking. The successful candidate will have prior experience working within financial services, have supported teams in excess of 10 and who thrives under pressure, building relationships with their team and looking to add value in all interactions. Hybrid working available.What you’ll do:
  • Complex diary management for all team members
  • Organise all virtual and in-person meetings and client events as required
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Organise extensive travel bookings, including itineraries
  • Process team expenses
  • Maintain and update the CRM
  • Ad hoc project support as required
What you’ll need:
  • Experience as a Team EA in financial services or private equity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Professional and approachable with a positive, flexible attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
