Due to an internal transfer they are on the hunt for a dynamic Technical Secretary, where you'll play a key role in supporting the Technical Director and the wider team across 4 schemes; becoming the go-to person for all things technical. The role includes basic PA duties and needs someone who can adapt quickly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Organisational Backbone: Manage the Director's diary, provide general administrative assistance, and help the team stay on top of their tasks.
  • New Team Member Guru: Ensure new starters have everything they need, from IT setup to office supplies.
  • Report Wizardry: Compile and circulate crucial fee monitors, weekly reports, and training schedules to keep everyone on track.
  • Meetings & Events Maestro: Organise meetings, set up video conferences, and prepare refreshments to create a smooth, professional experience.
  • Consultant & Document Liaison: Help collate essential tender documents, manage appointments, and upload critical documents to SharePoint.
  • Training Champion: Manage the in-house training schedule, assist with CPD training, and follow up on team development needs.
  • Document Control Support: Occasionally assist with maintaining document control via SharePoint and Asite, ensuring everything is up to date.
