Salary: £34,000-£36,000 depending on experience

We are currently partnered with a prestigious property development client, that due to recent internal structure are after a Technical Secretary. This role would be perfect for somebody with PA experience who is keen to develop further within their career. You will be directly reporting in to the Technical Director who looks after 4 live developments with 26 members of staff across 3 sites, so as you can imagine he is a very busy man!

What will you be doing?

You will assist and support the technical director and the wider team and essentially you will be the go-to person within the team. Your day to day will vary but the general responsibilities will consist of:

  • Manage the Director's diary, provide general administrative assistance, and help the team stay on top of their tasks.
  • Ensure new starters have everything they need, from IT setup to office supplies.
  • Organise meetings, set up video conferences, and prepare refreshments to create a smooth, professional experience
  • Help collate essential tender documents, manage appointments, and upload critical documents to SharePoint
  • Manage the in-house training schedule, assist with CPD training, and follow up on team development needs
  • Occasionally assist with maintaining document control via SharePoint and Asite, ensuring everything is up to date

What requirements will you need?

  • PA experience is essential, industry experience is desirable but not essential
  • Highly efficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Highly personable
