An immediate opportunity has arisen for a temporary Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced and high-performance investment sector environment.We are seeking an exceptional EA to join a leading private equity firm providing seamless support to a small team including the Head,MDs and C-suite executives. You will be looking for a role in which you can add value and take on additional duties beyond the highly important organisational tasks. This is a great opportunity to work in a client-facing position, where liaison with clients across Europe will feature. As an Executive Assistant, you will be proactive, highly organised and adaptable. You will be client-facing in your communication and will have experience managing an extensive schedule, prioritising appointments and travel management. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in ensuring an efficient and smooth day for the team. You MUST be an Executive Assistant with 5 - 8 years of experience within the investment sector or private equity. This experience is essential to be considered for this role. This is a 5 days in office, one month temporary assignment. However, this role will potentially be extended for a longer assignment.
