About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Administrator to support our clients Office Manager and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workload, thrives in a professional environment, and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as needed
- Assist with office management, including reception and facilities tasks
- Support health & safety procedures
- Handle requests and greet visitors with professionalism and discretion
- Provide weekly progress updates on assigned tasks
- Assist in preparing documents and managing the bring-forward file
- Support the coordination of events and meetings
- Ensure the Office Manager is informed of urgent matters
- Carry out general office management duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in an office support or administrative roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProactive and able to work independentlyProfessional and discreet when handling sensitive informationFirst Aid and Fire Marshal certification (or willingness to obtain)
