Working closely with the CFO, as Finance Analyst for this wealth management firm you will be responsible for a mix of FP&A and data analytics including:

Producing relevant reporting and financial analysis to explain monthly P&L and income performance
Preparing and analysing financial advisor remuneration
Tracking and analysing costs across the business and identify cost saving opportunities
Reporting and analysis of advisor performance and financial modelling of income by advisor and forecasts
To help the CFO enhance financial controls and processes within finance and support generally on FP&A and data related tasks
To work on projects to enhance data collection and automate reporting

You will have 2-3 years’ experience in an analytical role within an FP&A team. You will have excellent excel skills such as building data tables, sum ifs and v. look ups and understand income and P&L.Hybrid working is on offer, 3 days office and 2 home.
