Core purpose of this FP&A Analyst role in the Financial Services sector in London:
Reporting to the Finance Director - Group, the FP&A Analyst will work on developing Group forecasting, assist in modelling acquisitions and provide commercial and technical accounting expertise across the Group reporting function.

- offices in Bank area
- hybrid working - 4 days per week in office
- 12 month FTC, with possibility of permanent role on completion of FTC
- £65-75k + bonus up to 25%
- ASAP start - therefore only able to consider candidates with maximum 1 month notice period
Description
Key Tasks for this FP&A Analyst role in the Financial Services sector in London:
- Develop and model strategic plans (3-5 years out)
- Work with the Finance Director to develop the budget process
- Provide commercial insight into the above processes
- Build models for transactions/ acquisitions (we are a highly acquisitive company) and be involved in the transaction process, working with FDD providers
- Prepare detailed accounting memo's for audit purposes to cover transactions and the more technical elements of the business
- Hands on role in a small (but growing) team with a chance to work in an entrepreneurial environment working closely with the management team
Profile
The Ideal candidate for this FP&A Analyst role in the Financial Services sector in London:
- qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- 1 + years' experience in a FP&A role
- advanced modelling/excel experience
- Technically strong accounting background, ability to pick up commercial details, understand IFRS impact and present a clearly structured and balanced accounting paper for internal and audit purposes.
- Asset management industry experience useful, but not essential
