A global Real Estate firm are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join the team. This is a pivotal hire within the business, and they are looking for a proactive, commercially minded and autonomous individual.

The business is looking to grow and have extensive growth plans and investment strategies in place. This role will see you business partner with finance and non-finance functions, work closely with the FP&A team and CFO with progression opportunities available.

What You'll Do

  • Take charge of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across a number of sites, with full P&L ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to inform key business decisions and evaluate new opportunities.
  • Business Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to provide actionable insights, guiding teams in achieving operational and financial excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and upgrade FP&A tools, streamlining processes and delivering impactful reporting.
  • Operate with confidence and independence, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a global environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Must come from a practice background (Top 10 ideally)
  • Experience working in large multinational businesses
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and advanced skills in building and utilizing robust models to solve complex problems.
  • Proven track record of managing and analysing the entire profit and loss statement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with non-finance teams to align financial goals with operational priorities.
  • Commitment to improving systems and tools to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial planning.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, global setting.
