As a Junior Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving performance, pricing strategy, and profitability across the business. Working closely with finance, marketing, and operations, you'll use data-driven insights to help shape commercial decisions and support the company's continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis - Assess food, drink, and accommodation revenue across managed and tenanted businesses, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Reporting & Insights - Deliver weekly sales and KPI dashboards, ensuring key stakeholders have the data they need.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis - Work with marketing to review pricing trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Collaborate with Executive Chefs and marketing teams to refine product offerings.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting - Support financial planning across the business.
  • Power BI & Analytics - Enhance reporting tools and automate insight delivery.

Person specification

  • Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with strong analytical skills.
  • Multi-site experience in hospitality or retail is essential.
  • Advanced Excel & Power BI skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
