What You'll Do:As a pivotal member of the Treasury Working Group, you will:

  • Collaborate with Treasury SMEs and Working Group Leads to design a target operating model that outlines changes in processes, roles, technology, and more.
  • Map processes by developing as-is flow diagrams and conducting workshops to capture to-be processes for key derivatives products.
  • Gather business requirements through engaging workshops with Treasury SMEs and document Day 1 needs in line with organisational guidelines.
  • Communicate regularly with cross-departmental teams to share insights, progress, and challenges.

Your Skills and Experience:To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • A degree-level education and proven experience in Treasury transformation and change programmes within investment banking.
  • Expertise in target operating model design, process mapping, and business requirements gathering.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A solid understanding of investment banking products, particularly Derivatives, and familiarity with front-to-back processes in the investment banking trade lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to conduct workshops with senior stakeholders and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
