Corporate Account Manager (Contract), Apartments, £50-60k + incentives, Remote (South East UK preferred). A superb opportunity to join this ambitious, global apartments provider to the corporate sector where you will manage a portfolio of mainly UK (and some European) accounts. We are seeking an immediate starter that will initially be offered a contract, covering a maternity leave until mid-2025, after which there is hope the role can be made permanent depending on business needs at the time. Corporate Account Manager Responsibilities
- Account Manage a portfolio of clients including direct corporates, Travel Management Companies (TMC's) and Relocation Management Companies (RMC's).
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders with the aim of retaining and growing individual accounts.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise spend, margins and conversion of business.
- Identify further commercial opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Play a key role in responding to RFP's and contract renewals.
- Work cross functionally with colleagues to ensure SLA's are being met and customer satisfaction optimised.
Corporate Account Manager Skills Required
- Prior account management experience in the travel or accommodation services sector for the corporate market.
- Experience partnering with TMC's, RMC's and directly with corporates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute, comfortable analysing and reporting on data.
Corporate Account Manager additional details
- A basic salary in the region of £50-60k per annum plus incentives
- The role will be fully remote with occasional travel required to meet clients. Relatively close proximity to London where most other employees are based preferred.
- The role will be offered on a contract basis (day rate or fixed term contract) for the duration of the maternity cover, after which there could be scope for contract extension or going permanent depending on business needs.
