Equifind are supporting a global property investment group to recruit an Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to join their London operation.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role offers the opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team while taking on a diverse range of responsibilities. These include overseeing transaction processing, payments, CIS returns, project management, and driving the streamlining and improvement of processes.

This is a dynamic and multifaceted position, ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact across various financial and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of team (4 employees) including training, development, retention and recruitment.
  • Oversee financial operations across 75+ entities, with intercompany funding and reconciliation complexities.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing of invoices, CIS returns, payments, and intercompany postings.
  • Lead improvements and maintain excellence in financial systems, with particular expertise required in Yardi software.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance across all financial processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term financial objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance management role, ideally within a property-based business
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of a property management software (Yardi, Qube, MRI etc)
  • Proven team management with ability to motivate people in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage large transaction volumes and complex reconciliations.
  • Willingness to work 3 days a week in the office (not contractual) and adapt to the needs of the business.
