Accounts Payable Manager

Central London - 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home

Up to £50,000 per annum

A growing property company in Central London are looking for an AP Manager for their team. The company has recently acquired two large portfolios which means they are anticipating rapid growth. This is an exciting time to join the company.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable team and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense re-ports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts payable team

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports

• Monitor and analyse accounts payable processes and recommend improvements

• Manage vendor relationships

• Prepare and analyse accounts payable reports

• Timely month-end and year-end close processes

• Train staff

• Bank reconciliations

• Reconciliation of supplier statements

What the client is looking for:

• Previous experience managing an AP team

• Property management company experience

• Propman, Yardi and/or Qube experience would be a bonus

• Excellent communication skills
