Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the purchase ledger team (3-5 members), ensuring efficient workflow.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Optimise and improve P2P and ERP system integration for seamless financial operations.
- Drive process efficiencies, implement KPIs, and develop best-in-class AP practices.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to enhance compliance and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) rules and industry regulations.
Ideal Candidate
? Essential
- 3+ years' experience managing an Accounts Payable team.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing change in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in purchase ledger within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of MRI or similar property management accounting software.
- Proficiency in Coupa P2P and advanced Excel skills.
