Associate Director - Accountancy and Finance team
London, UK Basic Salary £65-85k plus commission

Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director to lead their Accountancy and Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and delivering consistent billings.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Business Development - Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the supply chain sector
- Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Performance Management - Ensure consistent personal billings of at least £200k per year, while supporting team members to achieve their targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in leading a recruitment team of at least two consultants
- Demonstrated ability to consistently bill a minimum of £200k per year within Accountancy & Finance (ideally in Private Equity)
- Strong understanding of the Accountancy & Finance (ideally Private Equity) sector and its recruitment landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
