Key Responsibilities
- Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery
- Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team
- Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying areas for improvement and assisting in business development
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
