CFO

Your new companyAn excellent construction management organisation is looking for a CFO to come in and support them through an exciting period of growth.Your new roleDue to the growth of the business, the board has recognised the need for a highly qualified senior finance professional with design/construction experience. Responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with C-Suite and developing the finance team
• Presenting and representing the company when meeting investors
• Prepare high-level financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting
• Managing the company's cash flow, investments, and capital structure to ensure financial stability
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement long-term business strategies

What you'll need to succeed

• A fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
• Strong business partnering and c-suite level engagement
• Experience with tax planning and structuring
• Experience using Xero systems
