Overview

Stanton House is working with a successful market research business who is now seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in managing integration and cultural changes. This critical position is predominantly remote, with potential travel to key European sites. The successful candidate will lead change initiatives across Finance, HR, and Sales systems, ensuring successful post-acquisition transitions and optimal workflow integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all change management initiatives focusing on post-acquisition carve-out and integration projects (people, processes and systems)
  • Shape, design and deliver a change management best practice across a portfolio of projects
  • Collaborate closely with internal communications and training teams to align on strategic objectives.
  • Drive system changes and upgrades within Finance, HR, and Sales, specifically with platforms such as Workday, Concur, and Salesforce.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial plans and analysis within the first 6-8 weeks of project commencement.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption during change implementations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Change Management lifecycles within mergers and acquisitions (M&A), carve-out or integration projects
  • Proficiency in supporting system change projects including Workday, Concur, and Salesforce from a Change Management perspective
  • Delivered change management best practice across a portfolio of people, process and technology based projects
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
  • Proactive self-starter, willing to hit the ground running and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.
