Camino Search is excited to collaborate with a thriving owner managed B2B Services business in London that is scaling rapidly.With a proven history of partnering with top-tier clients across the UK, they are now looking to welcome an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to their leadership team.As the CFO, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy and driving the company’s ongoing growth. You will also play a key role in guiding the business towards a successful exit in the next 2-3 years.Here are some of the primary responsibilities for this position:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: You will work in close collaboration with the CEO, offering strategic financial advice.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): You will supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Your daily responsibilities will include analysing financial data and providing actionable insights.
  • Risk Management: You will evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring the company’s financial well-being and stability.
  • Capital Management: You will be in charge of optimizing capital allocation, managing cash flow, and assessing investment opportunities.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Should the company pursue acquisitions or partnerships, you will lead the financial due diligence process and contribute to successful integrations.

  • Experience of working within founder-led businesses
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • A process-oriented approach with the ability to establish robust internal controls
  • Experience within the B2B Services Sectors
  • Experienced in preparing a business for an exit
