Role Overview:As a Client Services Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance in using our collateral management platform. Your expertise in cleared derivatives margin processes will be critical in helping clients navigate the complexities of their workflows and optimize their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues related to the collateral management platform efficiently and effectively.
