Compliance and Finance manager

12 month contract

£45-50,000 + excellent benefits

Our client is a small but extremely successful executive search firm, specialising in the Private Equity and scale-up sectors. Based near Waterloo, you will form a key part of a very positive culture built on trust and a superb service for both clients and candidates.

This role will be based in the office on 3-4 days, and will act as a key conduit across the business. Duties include:

  • Onboarding Contractors, checking their compliance
  • Generating and distributing contracts and compliance agreements
  • Generating and distributing client terms
  • Knowledge of IR35 and the capability of completing assessments
  • Completing intermediary reports
  • Contractor payroll, payrolling our contractor base of 70 contractors using our self-billing system on RSM-InTime
  • Invoicing Clients for permanent placements and contractors
  • Managing cash flow to make expense and supplier payments
  • Weekly reporting of current numbers
  • Credit Control
  • Working closely with the Financial Director and our accountants to support them with their queries

The ideal candidate will have similar experience in a busy recruitment agency and will have strong communication skills, in order to liaise with the contractors.
