INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager role for an advisory firm in London.
The successful candidate will be joining a Corporate Finance team with a strong deal pipeline and contributing to growth by producing key deliverables across the whole deal lifecycle.
The role
In this Corporate Finance Assistant Manager role you will be working on sell side mandates and engagements across the mid-markets, and all phases of the transaction lifecycle.
You will manage transactional work across the Corporate Finance function and support senior team members on complex transactions.
The successful Corporate Finance Assistant Manager will have direct exposure to senior management by supporting the effective management of transactions, the delivery of strategic and commercial advice on issues relevant to client transactions, in a role which involves extensive client contact and business development activities.
The person
In this Corporate Finance Assistant Manager role you must be either ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), qualified, with at least 24 months experience of advisory, particularly the sell-side transaction process, in an advisory firm, private equity team, or a corporate finance boutique.
The successful Corporate Finance Assistant Manager will be commercially astute, with strong IT and analytical skills, and an understanding of systems supporting the transaction process.
You will also have excellent stakeholder relations and communication skills, and experience of supporting lead advisers on M&A transactions.
