CMC is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join their specialised M&A practice focused on value creation advisory services.
The ideal candidate should be ACA/ACCA qualified and have experience or knowledge of the sell-side transaction process.
Strong modelling skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for this role.
The company is currently expanding, having recruited over 15 specialists in the past year and is opening a new office in the US.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be eligible to work in the UK, with a competitive salary offered.
