Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory services are delivered effectively.
  • Providing expert tax advice to clients, including tax planning and restructuring.
  • Reviewing tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff.
  • Identifying tax-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
  • Liaising with HMRC and other stakeholders on complex tax matters.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members, assisting with their development.
Requirements
  • CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, or qualified by experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and regulations.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, managing a portfolio.
  • Ability to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
