Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory services are delivered effectively.
- Providing expert tax advice to clients, including tax planning and restructuring.
- Reviewing tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff.
- Identifying tax-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
- Liaising with HMRC and other stakeholders on complex tax matters.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, assisting with their development.
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, or qualified by experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and regulations.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, managing a portfolio.
- Ability to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
