Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Advising clients on complex corporate tax matters, including compliance, planning, and advisory work.
- Reviewing and managing corporate tax returns prepared by junior team members.
- Developing and mentoring team members, providing training and technical guidance.
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Liaising with HMRC and other stakeholders on tax-related matters.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide strategic tax advice.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
