Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Advising clients on complex corporate tax matters, including compliance, planning, and advisory work.
  • Reviewing and managing corporate tax returns prepared by junior team members.
  • Developing and mentoring team members, providing training and technical guidance.
  • Identifying tax planning opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Liaising with HMRC and other stakeholders on tax-related matters.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide strategic tax advice.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
