- Leading and developing a team to ensure effective oversight of Coverholders, broker and delegated authority arrangements.
- Managing the due diligence process for new and renewing Coverholders, ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s standards.
- Overseeing delegated claims authority, ensuring Coverholders and TPAs meet performance expectations.
- Driving governance initiatives, including audit oversight and data quality improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Lloyd’s standards, risk frameworks, and audits
- Act as the key relationship manager for delegated authority arrangements, maintaining strong partnerships.
- Proven management experience in delegated authority oversight
- Strong understanding of Lloyd’s systems such as ATLAS and DCOM and compliance frameworks
- Expertise in governance, audits, and operational improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Interest in data-driven decision-making and automation
