Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE Backed Buy and Build B2B business of considerable scale based in South East England. The business is seeking an outstanding Finance Director to join as a strategic partner to the executive team, as the business continues its rapid expansion.
In this pivotal role, the Finance Director will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving the business's financial performance and long-term growth plans. The role also involves leading the finance team, managing complex projects, optimising processes, and providing insightful decision-making support.
The ideal candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA).
- Experience as a Finance Director, Divisional Finance Director, Group Financial Controller, or Head of Finance within a B2B Services business.
- Track record of managing financial operations for project-based organisations.
- Hands-on involvement in scaling up businesses and leading through periods of change and growth.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
