- Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in business partnering roles.
- The ability to provide strategic insights and communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively across diverse teams.
