- Strategic Support: Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing financial insights and guidance for strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Analysis: Deliver clear, actionable analysis linking financial performance to business strategy.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and track KPIs and ensure clarity in financial reporting and trends.

- Compensation & Planning: Manage calculations for bonus and commission plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support M&A activities, due diligence, and other strategic initiatives as needed.
- Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in business partnering roles.
