Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering with a highly successful IT organisation to source a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. The Role offers Hybrid working with 1 day a week in the office and 4 from home.

Role Responsibilities:

- Business Partnering: You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and the operational Finance teams (AP & Credit Control). You will act as a point of escalation for these teams helping triage issues arising and recommend solutions.

- Financial Analysis and Reporting: You will assist in the preparation of financial reports, particularly around month end reporting, as well as analysing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Business and Process Improvement: You will assist the Head of Finance with developing plans to improve cross functional processes that impact either financial information or commercial outcome.

- Commercial Improvements: Assisting the Head of Finance with calculation of accruals for income and costs which impact the reported Gross Profit and Margin.

- Cost Control: You will help monitor and control costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

- Project Support: You will provide financial support to projects, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Financial Qualification: You will be recently qualified (or finalist) with a strong academic record.

- Financial Acumen: You will have a strong understanding of financial principles and concepts, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.

- Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.

- Business Partnering: You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.

- Teamwork: You will be a team player, with the ability to put the business objectives first and work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.

- Problem Solving: You will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial issues.

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in the use of Google Suite or Microsoft Office & Excel. Experience using an accounting system such as Xero or Quickbook
