They are focused on driving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining strong financial health in a competitive and ever-evolving retail landscape. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a strategic Finance Business Partner to support our journey and drive value across our operations.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner who will act as a key advisor to senior management, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations that drive business performance. This role will work closely with various teams across the business, including operations, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure financial objectives align with overall company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience within a private equity-backed retail business and be skilled at financial analysis, business partnering, and supporting decision-making in a high-growth environment.

• Partner with key business units (e.g., operations, marketing, and supply chain) to provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve performance and support business strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven financial insights to guide decision-making and optimize profitability
