Finance Director – Workforce ConsultancyLocation: London (Office-based, 4 days per week)Reporting to: CEOSalary: £80,000 - £100,000 + 0.5% Equity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Director to join a dynamic and ambitious workforce consultancy. Now in its fourth year, the business has ambitious plans for significant growth over the next 3–5 years. This is a stand-alone role, working closely with the CEO to provide financial leadership and drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, providing insights on cash flow, revenue, margins, and forecasts.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and commercial modelling to ensure GP and margin targets are met.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Oversee Corporation Tax and VAT filings, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Payroll Oversight: Manage the outsourced payroll provider relationship.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified accountant 
  • Proven experience as an FD (or similar senior finance role) within the Human Capital Services industryStaffing/Recruitment, Consulting, Contingent Workforce Solutions, or RPO.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial modelling and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to work autonomously.
