The position offers a salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
Candidates should have significant post-qualification experience, ideally in a senior finance leadership role.

Experience in a start-up environment or the fashion industry is preferred, along with strong leadership skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that values innovation, strategic leadership, and excellence.Job title: Finance Manager/DirectorLocation: LondonSalary: £80,000 - £100,000 p.a.The RoleAs Finance Director, you will take full ownership of the company’s financial strategy and operations. This is a key leadership role that will see you working closely with the executive team and board to shape the business’s future direction.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals
Oversee all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions
Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and funding requirements
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax and audit
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
Lead process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board on financial matters, risks, and opportunities

About You

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with extensive post-qualification experience
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a Finance Director, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance
Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset, with a proven ability to influence at board level
Experience within a start-up environment and/or within the fashion industry is a strong advantage
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
Proficiency in financial systems, with a track record of driving process improvement
