The Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll step into a pivotal position as No.2 in Finance. Reporting into a highly commercial CFO you will not only have responsibility for supporting the day-to-day and junior in the team, but offers an opportunity for real progression into an FD role with exposure to Board and Investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare management accounts, with support of junior. 
  • Manage cashflow and cashflow forecasting. 
  • Prepare P&L Forecasts, budgeting and other financial reports. 
  • Preparation of statutory reports. 
  • Report on KPI's.
  • Manage treasury function. 
  • Prepare board deck and present to investors. 

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Significant experience in a scaling Tech or Media organisation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
