A great opportunity for a Bilingual Finance Manager (English/French speaking) to join a prestigious family office located in Kensington & Chelsea, one of London's most desirable locations.This hands-on position involves managing both corporate and personal finances for the family office and requires the successful candidate to hold a relevant accounting qualification such as AAT, CIMA OR ACCA (part/fully qualified) and fluency in English and French which is essential.Key Responsibilities:-Monitoring daily cash flows across multiple accounts-Producing detailed budgets for various projects-Managing multi-currency accounts, reconciling international transactions-Bank reconciliations-Preparing VAT returns for various entities-Processing and tracking personal invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining a -record for tax and expense analysis-Compiling detailed financial data for submission to accounting firms, facilitating accurate and timely personal tax filings-Assisting with processing monthly payroll for family staff in the UK-Managing payroll through platforms for staff in France-Liaising with accountants and auditors during year-end and quarter-end reportingRequirements:-3+ years' experience in a Finance Manager or similar experience-AAT, CIMA OR ACCA (part/fully qualified)-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (Xero, Sage)-Fluency in English and French (essential)Send your CV to Fame Recruitment today to be considered for this fabulous opportunity.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
