Finance Manager - High-End Main Contractor | Fitzrovia

A prestigious main contractor, established for over 40 years with a turnover of £15m, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing cash flow, aged debtors, and creditors
  • Processing weekly payroll and subcontractor payments
  • Preparing monthly management accounts for director review
  • Ensuring accurate and timely supplier payments
  • Handling bookkeeping, prepayments, and accruals
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and transfers
  • Preparing annual budgets and revised forecasts
  • Overseeing credit control and expense management
  • Submitting payroll records and tax returns, including P11d reporting
  • Coordinating with external auditors for annual financial reporting
  • Assisting the commercial team with monthly CVRs
