Description
- Managing the financial reporting for the organisation, including monthly financial reports, budgeting and forecasting.
- Overseeing all audit and internal control operations.
- Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
- Developing strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating the management and budgeting processes.
- Engaging with stakeholders on financial matters.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
