Goodman Masson are currently partnering with a fast paced, growing business in NW London to hire a Finance Manager. Recently acquired by a global business, this is a chance to be a part of a company that still operates with the culture of an SME, while having the security of a bigger business behind them.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a broad role, manage a small team, work closely with executives, and influence business activity from day one.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Qualified Accountant, ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Broad experience covering both management and financial accounts
  • Experience in process improvements and understanding of best practices
  • Desire to step into a management role
  • Strong ownership, driven, and a can-do attitude
  • Experience with stock/supply chain and MS Dynamics is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts including involvement in leading the year end audit
  • Take a leading role in implementing process improvements
  • Provide analysis and commentary on variances to budget and prepare monthly packs for the Board
  • Management and development of x2 direct reports
