A fantastic opportunity is available for a Finance Manager to join an international Charity based in Central London. This position will be working alongside the Finance Director in a small, close knit team.Benefits on offer include hybrid working, flexible working hours, generous holiday allowance, compassionate leave, pension scheme, private medical insurance, sick pay, life assurance, income protection, an Employee Assistance Programme and season ticket loans.Candidates applying should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a finance role and knowledge of SORP.Key Responsibilities:* Supervise and support a small team, ensuring high performance and professional development* Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, monthly accounts, forecasts and cash flow* Maintain fixed asset register and undertake regular review* Responsible for month end close, ensuring high quality, efficient transactional processing* Support grant applications, contract reporting and funder reports* Assist in budget creation, variance analysis and forecasting* Oversee procurement procedures, maintain a contract register and ensure internal controls align with good practice* Coordinate day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, income capture, payroll coordination, and cost accountingRequirements:* 5 years or more experience in accounting, ideally in the charity sector with knowledge of SORP* Experience with financial software (Access Dimensions preferred) and advanced Excel skills* Strong financial reporting, analysis and budgeting skills* CCAB part-qualified or equivalent* Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and train staffContact Fame Recruitment today for further information on this great role.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
