What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee the monthly accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis (yep, all the good stuff).
- Make sure everything complies with UK accounting standards and manage assets and depreciation.
- Be part of the budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring process - basically, ensuring the business is on track.
- Keep an eye on cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. You'll be the financial guru!
- Manage payroll for both UK and US entities (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
- Lead cost-saving initiatives and improve financial systems (because who doesn’t love efficiency?).
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and make your mark.
