Our Client A Global Professional Services company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team in the UK.  The Role As the Finance Manager you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organization, ensuring the business maintains a strong financial footing and continue to deliver exceptional service to customers.   Main Duties 
  • Preparing the UK Head Office accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. 
  • Overseeing the central Purchase Ledger team, managing five ledgers and ensuring efficient financial operations. 
  • Assisting with year-end audit and tax analysis, working closely with external auditors and tax advisors. 
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
The Successful Candidate  
  • Will have extensive experience in a similar senior finance role, ideally full qualified or finalist ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent (not essential)
  • Proven track record of leading and managing finance teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
