- Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L forecasts, and budgets.
- Oversee payroll, tax compliance (PAYE, VAT, Corporation Tax), and statutory reporting.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury functions, maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure accurate financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Lead process improvements to enhance financial controls and management information.
- Management and development of a junior member of staff.
- Support the CFO with commercial and financial insights and risk management.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical ability.
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UK and international accounting, tax, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in cashflow management, reporting, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Ability to work closely with the wider business as well as senior leadership.
- Salary £60k - £65k
