Finance Manager - Rapidly growing international recruitment services business

Would suit Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with 1- 5 years PQE

£60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience plus excellent benefits and bonus)

Based: South West London (4 days per week in office)

An innovative, emerging. international recruitment services business who are a leader in their specialist field are now in search of an ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified Finance Manager to help manage the day to day activities of the finance team and to help strategically guide the business through a period of accelerated international growth.

Finance Manager - About the role

Reporting into the Finance Director, you will provides timely and accurate financial information covering all areas of the recruitment business. Duties will include:

  • Day to day accounting operations
  • Contributing to the month end reporting process
  • Help develop appropriate financial controls and improve financial processes across the business
  • Provide timely and accurate internal and external reporting
  • Provide accurate forecasting and budgeting, highlighting variances
  • Business partnering with all parts of the company
  • Ad hoc strategic project work
  • Develop strong relationships across the whole business to enable more accurate reporting
  • Help manage a small finance team

Finance Manager - Candidate requirements:

  • Degree educated, ideally with an ACA / ACCA / CIMA accounting qualification
  • 4-8 years of finance experience preferably with experience of leading a team
  • Previous experience in the recruitment,staffing, legal or human capital services sectors highly advantageous but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • International exposure (US especially) is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop sound working relationships with all levels of staff
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Willing to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • A good sense of humour!
