Are you an experienced multitasker with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in finance operations? We’re looking for a proactive Finance Operations Manager to join a growing SME, reporting directly to the Managing Director. • Oversee the accounts receivable process, including raising and chasing sales invoices.
• Process supplier invoices and conduct regular bank reconciliations using Xero.
• Accurately manage payroll, including bi-monthly payments for casual staff.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and project managers to resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Manage credit card expenses, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports for the Finance Director.
• Maintain Health and Safety compliance, including employee inductions.
• Act as the designated Fire Warden and appointed First Aider.
• Manage building operations, including IT, security systems, and office supplies.
• Support seasonal workforce recruitment administration, including job postings, documentation, and induction training.
• Keep personnel records updated, including annual leave and sickness tracking.

• 1+ years’ experience with Xero is essential.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and operational management.
• Hands-on experience in a finance role, preferably within an SME.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
